SIR GEORGE SIMPSON SENDS PAUL KANE A LETTER OF INTRODUCTION TO THE OFFICIALS OF THE H.B.C. IN LONDON
Kane set sail for London, England hoping to find a publisher for his manuscript. The book was an immediate best seller. The first edition sold out and French, Danish and German editions were soon available.
